PhotoHunt: Metal
When I saw this week's theme, I was like having this deja vu..."Hmm...haven't I done this before?". After going through my previous entries, indeed it is a repeated theme.
No problem though, as I have many pictures that can be used for this week's theme. After a long (yeah...long) consideration, I decided to use these:
This is the bronze metal statue of Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy at Kek Lok Si Temple, Penang, Malaysia. I took this picture a year ago when they were still constructing the pillars around her. I am sure the whole structure is completed by now.
I love this statue. She looked so calm and compassionate...
